  - Three-day cold ferment, cultured butter, hand-laminated

- No e-commerce checkout, no online cart — every order is WhatsApp.
- No factory-scale baking, no premix, no vegetable-fat creams.
- No pan-India shipping at present; delivery is within Amritsar only.

## About the name

"Batter Up" — a play on cake batter and the call to step up to the plate. It's
our nudge to celebrate the everyday: every order is a reason to gather, and we
mix each batter fresh, by hand, for the day you collect.
